Swing Soap Noodles 9010 TOM 72% (TFM 64%)

Fatty acid based Swing Soap Noodles 9010 TOM 72% (TFM 64%) are obtained from vegetable oil (as for instance, palm oil). These noodles are composed of 20% palm kernel oil and 80% mixed palm oil and palm stearin as well. These soap noodles are required to produce bathing bars after going through saponification and neutralization procedures. Based on production requirement, oil of olive and coconut is also used to produce these fatty acid based materials. To produce these soap noodles oil and neutral fats are treated with saponification. Fatty acid is later neutralized and methyl esters are saponified.
